This class uses Dr. Brené Brown's video and discussion curriculum for Connections, The Daring Way™, and Rising Strong™. Taking interest list currently, to form a weekly class online via zoom. The Daring Way™ process uses metaphor, story-telling, experiential, and creative exercises to explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. You will be guided to identify the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back and create new ways of living that will move you toward more authentic and wholehearted living in the safety of a small group setting with people who struggle just like you.
