My understanding of shame/resilience is at the core of my work as I believe that shame can significantly contribute to much of the stress and unhappiness we experience. Personally, having changed careers at midlife and walked a path that is unconventional, I deeply understand how shameful it can feel to believe you are an outsider.
Whether you are an adult trying to fit into a world where everyone appears to be successful or a teenager who feels completely disconnected, I can help find the peace that comes as you drop harsh self-judgments that block moving from where you are now to where you want to be.
I've successfully treated lack of self-worth, depression, anxiety, addictions, emotional and sexual abuse, relationship issues, artists and creativity, grieving, disability, living in the dying process and adoption related issues.
