I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have been successful helping many people cope with painful emotions and achieve personal growth. My goal is to equip you with tools to use your strengths to thrive in life. If you have experienced a loss, been diagnosed with a medical condition, or have had a difficult life transition, it can be very scary asking for help. But when you take that first step, I assure you it will be rewarding.
I have specialized training in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches to the treatment of depression, anxiety, adjustment, ADHD, insomnia, phobias, chronic pain, cancer, multiple sclerosis, and cognitive rehabilitation. I am a passionate and committed therapist and I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment to help people thrive.
Central to my treatment philosophy is the connection between the mind and the body. This led me to partner with other psychologists to found the Rowan Center for Behavioral Medicine. We believe it is our duty to ensure that you receive a multidisciplinary treatment approach in a collaborative environment that promotes well-being.
