I also work with individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, therapy for depression, identity concerns, chronic stress, and persist unhappiness—even when life appears “fine."
My training is focused on relationship and family systems. I hold a Master’s degree and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have advanced training and certifications in evidence-based relationship counseling approaches. While relationships are a central focus of my work, I also help individuals improve their overall emotional and relational health.
