I see clients in their 30s and 40s with transitional and existential life stressors, as well as clients who wish to enhance their performance or interpersonal effectiveness with life coaching. Many people wish to build or rebuild their lives while being authentic to who they are and what they truly want, however, daily life can make that difficult to explore and process those central issues. At the same time, there is also healing of past experiences that needs to happen along the way.
