They want more than temporary coping strategies. They want to feel present in their lives, a sense of connection, and live beyond survival mode. Their goal isn't just healing, but freedom.
I create a space that facilitates healing from anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm using somatic EMDR therapy. My work goes beyond talk therapy to support nervous system regulation, self-connection, and deeper healing so you can move out of survival mode and feel present in your life. In other words, you can experience being okay with being yourself.
