I am an artist and practicing License Professional Counselor and Bio-energetic Analyst. I have trained extensively in psychodynamic psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and analytic somatic psychotherapy and bio-energetics. A trained sculptor and painter, I also draw on the synergy of expressive arts and counseling. Working with individuals, couples and groups - my approach is somatic, existential, and influenced by Jungian ideas. I also work extensively with the Jungian practice of Active Imagination.

We look at the individual as an individual. It is with that apporach that we work to truly incorporate body and mind through behavioral and bio-chemical interventions. We bring traditional counseling techniques with a blend of supplements and amino acids to increase the individual's chances of a long-term change.

As the Clinical Director at A Brighter Tomorrow Counseling, I desire to help individuals and families discover solutions for the challenges they face. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, licensed in WV and MD. I am also a PsyPact authorized holder, which allows me to see patients via telehealth in a number of states in the US. I am trained as an integrative health service psychologist, meaning I draw from numerous scientifically grounded psychological theories to develop a deep understanding of you and tailor treatment to you. Interpersonal Reconstructive Therapy is a guiding integrative frame I use, where we collaborate to uncover why your symptoms make sense in light of your history, including your important early relationships.
