I work with individuals and couples/families that are finding that what they are processing in their lives are no longer serving them. Part of my role is to shed light on what is working, what is not working. Together, what you share and express with me is part of identifying what solution(s) may be best for you and how to align those solutions by integrating them into your lifestyle.
My main orientations are person-centered. They include relational psychotherapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EFT (emotion focused therapy), family systems, and existential methods.
