One of the biggest challenges is finding the “right” therapist in a sea with many options and approaches. Building a treatment relationship of connection, trust and understanding between each client and myself is of the utmost importance. Over the last three years I have transitioned to working exclusively in an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy model and has been a real game changer in the work I do with clients.
I am a licensed psychologist with over 25 years experience in the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral difficulties that create stress and struggles in daily life. My experience and training enables me to draw upon a variety of interventions and approaches to meet the needs of each unique client and their challenges.
