As a therapist, my job is to provide a safe and non judgmental space while bringing curiosity and respect for your knowledge and experiences.
My interest in counseling began from a desire to help others. As I searched for meaning in my own life I realized that the people I see are looking to create meaning in their lives as well. I have seen how amazing, resilient, and loving the human spirit can be.
Learning about people's values, beliefs, hopes, and dreams and how they came to be is one of the things I love most about this work. Individuals embody many stories and it is my job to help the people I work with create the preferred stories they want to live.
