I help clients with mood disturbance, trauma and anxiety. I utilize EMDR and IFS. I help clients process trauma, guiding clients to wholeness. I am experienced in helping clients create internal coping skills to reduce anxious and depressive symptoms. I love empowering people to become the best version of themselves. I believe that we can heal and thrive
I have openings currently on Saturdays . I am very flexible, creative and collaborative with my clients and can offer them a calm, healing presence.
