During this unprecedented time in our lives I provide compassionate guidance to clients seeking support and hopefulness as we collectively deconstruct old paradigms, while creating new ways of understanding ourselves and each other. I believe we are emerging into a new era of letting go of what no longer serves us, negative beliefs about ourselves, fear based thinking and scarcity mindset of the "self" as not enough. This moment in time, we have the opportunity to to heal and learn to love ourselves and cultivate empowered life affirming beliefs.
I am trained as a somatic, energetic, intuitive therapist. I guide clients in creating conscious awareness from a sensory level towards what it means to feel more peace and equanimity in the mind, and body. I will support you in accessing your own inner wisdom, gain greater self understanding and learn to effectively cope with whatever challenges may arise.
I draw from many traditions of healing: An understanding who we are and why we behave the way we do. Energy healing to allow deeper healing in clearing old patterns in the mind and body, and intuitive coaching to create real change in the lived experience of life. I offer a strength based approach, supporting clients to reach their full potential.
