My clients don't come to therapy to hear someone nod and agree with everything they say—that's not worth their time or money. They want real help. They want to know "what to do" and "how to fix it" because they're struggling with depression, severe anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, suicidal thoughts, parenting issues, and other painful situations. They're looking for a true expert that they can actually talk to. I am a member of PSYPACT which means I can see clients in every state that is a member of PSYPACT and I'm also licensed in MA.
I am a DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinician and an expert in Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, self-harm, and oppositional adolescents. I am an Associate faculty member at Vanderbilt University and have served as a trainer and consultant for a variety of hospitals, schools, and the military. I founded and own PSYCHe, PLLC in TN.

Thursday Online Adult DBT Skills Group (5:30-7:00pm EST) is led weekly by PSYCHe’s Owner and DBT Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist™, Stephanie Vaughn, Psy.D. Each group lasts 90 minutes, once a week. Groups cover specific skills to increase mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Also covers skills to assist with issues related to over-controlled temperaments. Groups are like a class, not therapy. Enrollment is open now!

PSYCHe PLLC offers multiple DBT Skills Groups: Mondays (5:00pm-6:30pm EST), Mondays (5pm-6:30pm CST), and Wednesdays (7pm-8:30pm EST). Duration: 90 minutes, once a week. Enrollment is open now! Covers skills to increase mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Groups are like a class, not therapy. Each is led by an experienced licensed clinician, selected by PSYCHe’s Owner and Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist™, Stephanie Vaughn, Psy.D. and/or RO-DBT intensively trained clinician, Sally Roesch, LPC-MHSP.
