I have Bachelor’s in both English Literature and Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned Master’s in both Clinical Community Counseling and School Counseling at University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, where I now moonlight as an adjunct professor of Family Counseling for their graduate program. I have been practicing for 14 years, specializing in CBT, music therapy, art therapy, play therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, and alternative therapies. I enjoy working with all ages and backgrounds.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturdays 1I:00 AM - 5:00 PM. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia. Welcome! I am a Georgia and New Jersey LCSW, specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery, trauma, anxiety, and depression in adults ages 18 and above. I have over 12 years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties and providing parent coaching. I provide treatment to address problematic behaviors (emotion dysregulation, insomnia, and substance use), troubling emotions (fear, depression, and anxiety), maladaptive thought patterns (self-criticism and rumination), and relationship issues (work, family, and dating).

Each of us wants our story heard. Having experienced the pain cycle of love vs chaos in narcissistic-codependent relationships, I've known divorce, single-parenting hardships and poverty. I know the shame & pain of emotional abuse & alienation by a religious agency and it's followers, having lived on "both sides of ministry". I also know the beauty of rebuilding family brokenness, healthy remarriage, and the challenge of continued healing.
