I am passionate about helping children, adults, and their families get unstuck, find hope, have better relationships, and start laughing again. I strive to provide a safe space for clients to explore the parts of themselves they have avoided or ignored; to discover new perspectives about themselves, others, and the world; and to acquire new skills to cope with stress and the difficult situations life presents.
I believe therapy is an interactive process based on trust, authenticity, humor, and transparency. The journey has ups and downs, but in the end, my hope is that you walk away feeling strong and positive; gain more insight about your own needs and conflicts; and find freedom from strong negative emotions such as fear, doubt, shame, and anger.
