Starting the counseling process can feel daunting, but I make it easy. I'm warm & supportive (but direct), nonjudgmental, funny, and REAL. I work hard to help you heal yourself & your relationships. If life feels overwhelming, you're struggling in relationships, or you need direction, I would love to work with you. I'll learn about you & your needs, and tailor my approach to your preferences and personality. Ultimately, I support clients to find healthier, more honest & direct ways to relate to themselves, their partners, and the world.

I specialize in helping individuals heal from relationship loss (divorce, breakups, death of partner), and counsel those navigating life transitions (menopause, empty nest, retirement, career changes), self-worth issues, recovery from all types of abuse, parenting & family/blended family issues, grief & loss, sexual difficulties, and many others.

It takes a lot of courage to admit you're ready to ask for help. I make it easy from the first contact; I am responsive and warm, and always love taking on a new client when I have room!
