My practice is based on helping individuals succeed in resetting dysfunctional patterns & relationships; decreasing conflict & grieving losses; managing addictions & career stress; coping with difficulties related to mood & anxiety; and many other mental health concerns.

I primarily work from a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT, DBT) & Solution-Focused framework—incorporating techniques from other orientations when indicated, based on individual needs. My interactional style is warm and empathic, yet honest and realistic.
