As a clinician and survivor, I specialize exclusively in narcissistic abuse recovery. I'm the author of three books on this topic, and I've helped hundreds of survivors rebuild their identity and trust their own perceptions again. This isn't general trauma therapy. SoNA is a support group for women healing from narcissistic abuse. Led by licensed therapist Brenda Stephens, LPCC who has specialized expertise in narcissistic abuse and trauma recovery. This group offers a supportive space for psychoeducation, reflection, and connection with others who understand. Each week, members gain insight into abuse dynamics, trauma responses, boundaries, healing, and rebuilding a stronger sense of self. The group is designed to help women feel less alone while receiving clinically informed support in a safe, validating environment. We meet every Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM Pacific.
