Aloha, my name is Napua Spock, I'm a licensed clinical social worker, and I strive to provide a compassionate safe space to support my clients as they heal, grow, and learn new strategies for living their best life. I specialize in helping people manage stressors including changes and transitions in life. I teach my clients mindful self-awareness and self-compassion, and my approach is trauma-informed and internal family systems-informed. I work with people in transition, managing change, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
I strive to provide a loving, compassionate, supportive presence as you explore your feelings and deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your environment.
I have always loved witnessing people as they learn and grow, as a teacher and trainer my favorite role was coaching/mentoring. After many years of teaching, I decided to shift careers and pursue my passion. I love my job and feel honored to offer counseling and mentoring full-time.
