Hi there, I am Na. As a psychotherapist and an empathic listener, I use eclectic therapy which draws on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques that are tailored to each individual. I believe my background as a trained psychotherapist, an educator, a certified yoga teacher, a meditator, a multicultural learner, and a nature lover can help support holistic ways of healing.
I have worked with individuals dealing with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, job stress/burnout, acculturation, mood disorders, relationship issues, school issues, stress, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, and PTSD.
I find that warm, relation-based treatments help promote growth, and self-understanding, enhance self-regulation, repair attachment, and provide a sense of security that was damaged by violation and violence that happened to us. I communicate with empathy, non-judgmental, and respect.
