I specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, or chronic stress and now struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, or feeling stuck. Many of my clients are high-functioning, deeply caring individuals who learned early on to put others first. I am EMDR-trained and use trauma-focused, evidence-based approaches.
I use CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. EMDR can help reduce the intensity of painful memories so they no longer control your present, allowing you to feel more grounded and in control. I am passionate about supporting all clients and providing culturally responsive care that honors identity, generational experiences, and systemic stressors.
