Welcome! My goal is to help you improve your day to day life by using the skills you already have and empowering your growth. I know that there are times that we feel like we are in survival mode and utilizing therapy allows you to start living again. I believe you are the expert in your life and I am here to support you on your journey. As a holistic therapist, I enjoy incorporating nature-based therapy and focus on regulating the nervous system by helping clients learn to listen to their bodies. I also utilize biofeedback to help create balance physically, emotionally and spiritually, leaving you with clarity and confidence.
My background includes working with the underserved population. I have worked with the unsheltered, those leaving domestic violence and sex trafficking. I also work alongside case managers to ensure their clients who are diagnosed with severe persistent mental illnesses, to receive services needed allowing them to improve their quality of life.
I approach therapy with a down to earth, meet you where you are mentality. I believe people are beautiful from the inside out regardless of their past and what they have been through. I treat my clients as the person they want to be in a judgment free space.
