My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is an evidence based practice focused on shifting your relationship to your thoughts and feelings and building a life more aligned with your values.
I work with individual teens (16+) and adults, and with couples, with a specialty in couples who are dating, engaged, and newly married.
I am also an AAMFT approved supervisor and offer supervision to LGMFTs and LGPCs in Maryland.
