I help individuals and couples find their way back to themselves and each other. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship, to self and other. I specialize in working with people navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, and disconnection. I work with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns but still hold care and hope for their relationship. You may feel misunderstood, distant, or unsure how to rebuild trust, & you’re not ready to give up. Together, we’ll slow down, uncover the dynamics beneath the conflict, and create space for both of you to feel seen, heard, and valued.

With warmth and care, I work collaboratively with you to explore the deeper layers of self and relationship. Together we build insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection-guided by somatic wisdom, depth psychology, & Jungian typology. I work best with thoughtful & curious people who take their internal lives seriously or have a desire to do so.

I also integrate Somatic Experiencing, a powerful, body-based approach used to process unconscious trauma. Instead of reliving painful memories, it gently guides you to notice body sensations, allowing stuck survival energy to resolve.
