Welcome! My name is Naomi and I specialize in working with adults 18+ who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, complicated grief, addiction, and/or personality disorders. It’s also okay to come to therapy when you’re not sure what you’re looking for but just want to get started on the road to feeling better. I believe all people have the inner wisdom to cope effectively and that some just need help tapping into it. I keep it real with my clients competently and compassionately. I meet people where they are using empathy, humor, and 10 years of clinical experience.
I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also utilize Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques to help you meet your goals on your own terms, at your own pace. I specialize in dual diagnoses & am familiar with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) & substance abuse interventions in an outpatient setting.
