I'm Naomi, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges in a supportive, judgment-free space. I believe in a person-centered approach, meaning our work together is tailored to your unique needs and goals. In our sessions, we'll explore patterns that might be helping or hindering your personal growth. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including somatic interventions, talk therapy, and other evidence-based strategies to support your healing journey. Clients see me for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, OCD, family & relationship issues.

I utilize the Narrative Family Therapy Model as a basis for treatment. SFBT, CBT, and DBT interventions (structured to fit neurodiverse or neurotypical) alongside other interventions that best fit individual client needs. Services are provided for individuals ages 10+, traditional or non-traditional couples, and families. LGBTQIA+ ally

I have specialized training working with clients who have an AS or ADHD diagnosis. I can also assess for and diagnose ADHD.
