I take a neuroaffirmitive, person-centered approach in helping identify patterns that can hinder individuals. I can also teach coping skills to help guide the client to where they want to be. Some areas I can help navigate are anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, other related trauma disorders, mild to moderate eating disorders, body image issues, ADHD/comorbid conditions, family and relationship issues, etc. To schedule an appointment, text the TCS scheduling line at (801) 845-4406 or text or email Naomi directly. Naomi works exclusively out of the Price, UT office but can see anyone in the state of UT via telehealth.
I utilize the Narrative Family Therapy Model as a basis for treatment. Strategic, CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy interventions are also used alongside other interventions that best fit individual client needs. Services are provided for individuals ages 10+, traditional or non-traditional couples, and families.
I have specialized training in working with clients who are neurodivergent, AS, ADHD, and those who are experiencing or have experienced trauma in some way.
