I utilize a person-centered, judgment-free approach in helping identify patterns that can help or hinder personal growth. I utilize several forms of interventions. Coping skills can be taught as needed or wanted. Areas I help to navigate are ADHD diagnosis, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, other related trauma disorders, OCD, family and relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ challenges, etc. To schedule an appointment, text the TCS scheduling line at (801) 845-4406 or email Naomi directly. I utilize the Narrative Family Therapy Model as a basis for treatment. SFBT, CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions (structured to fit neurodiverse or neurotypical) alongside other interventions that best fit individual client needs. Services are provided for individuals ages 10+, traditional or non-traditional couples, and families.

I have specialized training working with clients who have an ADHD or AS diagnosis. I can also assess and diagnose ADHD due to the specific specialized training.
