I work with children, teens, and adults who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from carrying their struggles alone. Many of my clients come to therapy while navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, chronic pain, life transitions, or challenges related to being neurodivergent. Some have spent years masking, minimizing their needs, or feeling like their experiences are too much to share. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe being themselves while we work together toward healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to each client. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment. I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical coping skills for everyday life. I incorporate CBT and Narrative Therapy.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are processing painful experiences, feeling stuck, navigating changes in your life, or trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you feel less alone.
