The first step to healing is recognizing that you need support reaching your desired emotional and mental wellness. Choosing a therapist you can connect with is critical to successful treatment. When working with clients, I use a non-judgmental collaborative approach while receiving authentic validation of life struggles and also encouraging clients to move toward change and healing. My expertise includes helping client process loss, navigating through life stressors, and adjusting to life transitions.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Interventions include Trauma Focused CBT, Person Centered, Strength-based, Culturally Sensitive, Solution Focused, Attachment, Theraplay, and Family Systems Approach. Together we can work towards setting realistic attainable goals to foster hope, resilience, and promote independence.
I strive to provide a warm and supportive environment for you to explore your struggles, underlying trauma while highlighting your strengths and developing healthy coping skills. I am available on Friday, Saturday and Mondays for video sessions.
