Naomi de la Mora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California who started practicing in 2018. She has a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. After 14 years in law, she obtained a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Adult Mental Health and Wellness from the University of Southern California. Naomi's main passions are trauma and addiction, but she has experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, and psychosis.
Naomi works from a trauma perspective, while also helping clients look at how their early relationships and experiences contribute to their wellbeing today. Naomi is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and The Flash Technique, and truly believes that reprocessing trauma in this way can be life changing and freeing.
In her spare time, Naomi enjoys exercising at Pure Barre and spending time with her family and her two cats.
