I am trained in several modalities and work with diverse disorders and populations. I have training in EMDR, IFS, EFT, CBT, SE, DBT and Solution Focused therapy. I understand that every person is unique which is why I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a strategy that supports their personalities, histories, values, needs and goals.
The overall goal of therapy is to help my clients reconnect with who they instinctually are. Together, we can break down and reframe the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that no longer serve you so you can reclaim a truly authentic relationship with yourself and make choices that support your core values.
