Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Making the choice to start therapy is not always an easy one. A bit about me... I specialize in working with both teens and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and difficult life transitions. I also have experience with Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and OCD. My therapy style is warm, open, and centered on building compassion from within. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
My focus is on creating a cozy, supportive environment where you can feel understood and empowered to explore and grow. I hope to create a space where you feel safe and free from judgment.
Please feel free to reach out via email or phone to schedule a 15-minute free consult. I'd love to chat before having a session to make sure I am the right fit for you. :)
