I tailor treatment practices based on your needs with a focus on evidence-based models such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for PTSD, family therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
