About
As a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, I am psychodynamically trained but also use a variety of treatment modalities, (CBT, family systems, experiential, narrative, play, music, art therapy). In my 20 years of experience, I have found that the single most important aspect of treatment is the sacred relationship between client and therapist. I’ve created a safe, judgment-free environment for the entire family, (children, teens, adults, & the elderly). You will be heard, respected, and supported on your journey to become your best self. We proudly serve diverse populations & LGBTQ. Christian counseling & life coaching available
Brand new office, multiple therapists with combined 50 years’ experience treating depression, bipolar, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, eating disorders, addictions, adoption, couples counseling, divorce, co-parenting, career coaching, trauma, family conflict. My treatment center can help every member of your family. Conveniently located in St. John.
