Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy are an important part of my counseling techniques. I have been trained in Cognitive Trauma Therapy for clients who have had trauma and PTSD and witnessed great improvement. I also offer EMDR for clients who have experienced trauma. I have utilized DBT with clients who have emotional dysregulation.
My desire is to provide a safe and caring environment to work through your struggles. As a woman pastor I would like to help other women pastors cope with challenges you may be facing. As a mom to a son who has faced challenges, I would count it a privilege to walk with parents and help you in raising your child with special needs.

Groups
Betrayal Trauma Support Group beginning in January
This is a support group for partners who have been betrayed by their partner due to pornography and/or sexual addictions. This is a safe place to work through The Journey by Melissa Haas and discuss the many pain and hurt from the betrayal trauma. If you can identify with this, please contact Houston Center for Christian Counseling. We offer virtual and in-person attendance for this group at our Sugar Land office location.
