As a Christian Therapist at The Seed Planter Coaching & Counseling, PLLC, I help Christian women and girls ages 13+ with challenges related to anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, ADHD, rejection, guilt, shame, self-worth, and stress. Also, I support women who are struggling with issues related to infidelity and divorce. My approach is non-judgmental, safe, and caring, which are essential to the healing process of moving forward. Individuals DO NOT have to be Christian. Christian views are not forced on individuals. I want women to know they matter too. Peace, hope, and healing are essential to living your great life.
Many Christians believe that they are not suppose to go through emotional issues or get angry. Some feel they cannot talk with church leadership, friends or acquaintances out of fear of being judged or disapproved of. I educate and equip women with tools to overcome emotional challenges to begin the healing process.
My approach considers the whole person (Spirit, Mind, and Body). I'm an Ordained Elder, Spiritual Counselor, and Master HIScoach. I do not concentrate so much on religion but on relationships. I help individuals be all God would have them to be. I use a Christ-centered and Holy Spirit-directed model. I want to help women to see themselves as God sees them.
