I have been a LPC for over twenty years practicing in both the private and public sector. I enjoy helping adults and adolescents manage mood and anxiety symptoms, navigate relationship difficulties and organize their lives to assist in setting and reaching their goals.
I have extensive experience working with other medical professionals in a team approach to assist in coordinating therapeutic services and medications for various mental health concerns. I use a combination of techniques learned over my years of practice. I build each treatment plan based on the desired outcomes for each client.
