My own experience in therapy was a catalyst for launching my career. For me, being a therapist is a lifestyle. I understand that being human is riddled with imperfections. I use an interpersonal and emotionally focused approach to provide person-centered counseling.
As a cancer survivor and widow, working with anxiety, grief and loss is close to my heart. I also focus my practice on treating depression, bipolar and other mood disorders. I draw from 23 years diverse experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to empower you to strengthen your relationships while managing your challenges.
I will help you realize that you are not alone, and I will walk with you through your struggle. I provide a safe environment in which to explore your life and gain insight.
