My own experience in therapy was a catalyst for launching my career. For me, being a therapist is a lifestyle. I understand that being human is riddled with imperfections. I use an interpersonal and emotionally focused approach to provide person-centered counseling. I facilitate the therapeutic process with acceptance, empowerment and a sense of humor.
