Welcome! It takes courage to reach out for help and I would be honored to work with you. I have over 25 years of counseling experience and enjoy working with people of varying age groups, backgrounds and cultures. My career started with working with child and adult victims of violence.
I utilized play therapy and EMDR techniques to help individuals process and heal from trauma. I transitioned into working with the elderly population, helping the individual and their families work towards accepting their current physical abilities, and at times, processing end of life issues.
Currently, I am working with adults to understand and utilize Cognitive Behavioral tools to help develop and accomplish their goals.
