Hello, my name is Nancy Welsh, a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. More specifically, I am a strong advocate and educator in mental health growth, insightfulness, development, and healing, while also normalizing the importance of mental health therapy. Apart from incorporating evidence-based treatment models in my work with clients, I integrate empowerment, hope, collaboration, and resiliency. I am of the firm belief that every person has room for growth and the ability for happiness and fulfillment.
In my work over the past few years, I have worked in various settings that have allowed me to provide services to adults, families, children, and adolescents. Clients and I have worked together to manage and navigate issues such as trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationships, parenting, and other life stressors.
I can assist you with finding and nurturing a healthy perception of yourself and your surroundings, so you can become the person you would like to be. When I am not in the therapy room, I enjoy cooking, kayaking, photography, traveling, gardening, and above all else, building memories with my family!
