Many of us struggle with emotional and mental symptoms and yet do not always quite understand why? Some of us experience a sudden life event that caused us to feel unbearably overwhelmed with stress, anxiety, depressed or irritable moods, yet others have experienced the ups and downs throughout their entire life from childhood and cannot quite understand why they continue to struggle.
I can guide you through the process of not simply working on current life struggles, yet I will guide you through exploring your life experiences to help you understand why you relate to others, the world and see yourself in the way that you currently do today. In doing so, we will work together to identify areas of strengths and challenges.
I am passionate about providing guidance and support to various populations to include children beginning at age 5 as I utilize play therapy techniques and working towards play therapy certification, teens and adolescents, as well as adults of all ages who struggle with various disorders ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma or stress related disorders.
