I take a common sense, client focused approach. I provide mental health and substance abuse counseling for adults and children ages 10 and up. My primary focus is on anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am also working with individuals who are challenged by reliegious, spiritual, group and family abuse and am in the process of setting up groups for those topics
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Highly effective treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder an other types of mental health challenges. Other forms of therapy are also utilized depending of client need and preference.
Sessions provided in a calm comfortable environment. Therapist focuses on respect and dignity of each client in an empathetic and caring manner. Treatment proceeds at a rate with which each individual is comfortable.
