Trauma recovery is a life long journey but healing is possible. Support groups help build a sense of community, education, encouragement, support and a safe space for us to heal together. These groups offer information that is practical, helpful and constructive from people who are facing or have faced similar challenges and are actively ready to take steps to walk in their recovery.
