My approach is Jungian influenced, with cognitive and mindfulness based therapy. Certified in Mindfulness, Meditation, Reiki and Heartmath, I'll guide you to know yourself on a deeper level, to discover your authentic self, develop resilience & live your inner wisdom. You'll learn tools for creating peaceful moments during stressful times.
My strength is creating an environment that is conducive to change. With empathy and understanding, I'll help you learn tools to better manage whatever is happening now.
