I am a strengths-based, forward-moving therapist. My theoretical approach is more eclectic in that I use interventions from multiple modalities to best serve each client's needs (e.g. - CBT, Family Systems, Prepare-Enrich and Gottman marital therapy techniques; Play therapy; Emotionally-focused therapy; and Attachment theory).
I specialize in helping people achieve relationship, career, and academic success by addressing underlying issues (e.g. - anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem/identity, grief/loss, etc.). I am a certified anger management counselor for court-ordered and self-referred clients. I also facilitate marriage-enhancement and parenting workshops.
