I am dedicated to the development of human potential and will assist you in increasing self-awareness, self-healing, emotional/spiritual growth, and behavior change. I have a special interest in holistic healing and intentional living; recognizing the interrelatedness of the body, mind, spirit, and emotions, taking responsibility for our actions and choices, being fully present in each moment of our lives. I assist adults and couples in reaching their truest potential.
Areas of focus include: Life transition, issue resolution, personal growth, career direction, spiritual growth, communication skill-building, women's issues, parenting skills, relationship issues, and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety.
