Clients often come in with symptoms of depression and anxiety and feel disconnected from themselves and others. My hope is to build a trusting relationship where you can explore the emotional obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your goals, and to help you identify the underlying emotions motivating behaviors such as hurt, sadness, fear, loss, and loneliness. My clients report feeling listened to, understood, and empowered.

I love working with college and graduate students, professionals, parents of young children, neurospicy folks, those with chronic illness, and those who are seeking greater work-life balance, belonging, and significance. I am LGBTQIA friendly, sex, and kink-positive, and enjoy working with folks in non-monogamous relationships (ENM/Poly).

I work with clients who are experiencing emotional pain to understand and appreciate the innate strengths and capabilities that they already have and to process what it's like to live with differences. Over the first 4-6 sessions, we will create a plan and goals for working together. Most of my clients begin to experience a gradual lifting of symptoms and often need less frequent sessions.
