Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with my clients to develop new coping strategies, break old patterns and find healthier ways to move forward. You will find that I am more than just a warm and supportive person. My clients tell me that I am refreshingly direct, curious and honest. I have received feedback that my clients appreciate how "in there" I am with them. We're in dialogue: I'm conversational, candid and caring. Your growth and healing are important to me, and you will feel that from me during every session.
My office is inviting, comfortable and easy to access by car with ample parking. I offer both in person and telehealth sessions.
When you meet with me, you will immediately feel at ease in a non judgmental and welcoming environment. Whether you are looking for a space to talk through your problems or a more action focused approach to feeling better about your relationships, decrease anxiety or depression, I will adjust my approach in order to best support you.
The goal in my practice is to connect with clients, guide them to reflective thinking, and ultimately, take action towards positive self-care. Are you a first-time mom to a pre crawler baby? Join this 6 week support group to connect with other new moms adjusting to life with a baby. Participants will receive support around a variety of topics, including recovering from childbirth, responding to unhelpful advice, caring for self, navigating the relationship with partner post baby. This group is for new moms and will meet in person in my Sudbury office on Tues mornings- time TBD. Babies are welcome! Please reach out for details.
