My integrative approach also assists clients with life transitions, adjustment problems, and finding clarity in major life decisions, so they may quickly manifest what they want in their life.
I believe that in order to heal, we must address all aspects of our being: mind, body and and spirit. Through combining cognitive behavioral therapy, QNRT, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique, guided imagery and other methods, clients learn the self care and resources they need to create a fuller, healthier expression of the life they want to live.
